This role combines HR operations with payroll administration, giving you the chance to help ensure a smooth employee lifecycle-from recruiting and onboarding to ongoing benefits, leave, and compliance reporting. The position offers a salary of $58,000 to $62,000 per year and is ideal for an experienced HR and payroll professional who enjoys managing details in a health care setting.

What You’ll Do

This position covers key HR functions in a health care environment. You will manage end-to-end support for hiring and onboarding, including meeting background check requirements for new hires, coordinating orientations, and overseeing benefits and payroll administration.

• Support recruitment and talent acquisition activities
• Administer onboarding for new hires, including required background checks
• Coordinate orientations and ongoing HR processes
• Manage benefits and payroll administration
• Handle leave of absence management, including FMLA
• Complete Work Comp and OSHA reporting
• Support employee relations and engagement programs

What You Bring

• Experience working within the senior living environment
• 2+ years of Human Resources and payroll experience
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
