Buckhead Center for Nursing and Healing is hiring an HR/Payroll Coordinator to support our skilled nursing facility, handling payroll, onboarding, and employee records with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality. You'll greet staff and visitors, coordinate with department heads on timekeeping, and help maintain HR compliance and filing systems in a welcoming, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Payroll experience is required.
• Familiarity with HR processes, including onboarding and employee recordkeeping.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with strong attention to detail.
• A team-oriented attitude and a high level of professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Process employee payroll accurately and on time
• Assist with onboarding new hires and maintaining employee records
• Support HR compliance efforts and personnel file maintenance
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally
• Greet and assist visitors, applicants, and staff
• Coordinate with department heads regarding timekeeping and attendance
• Manage basic administrative tasks such as filing, mail sorting, and operating office equipment
