Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking an HR Business Partner to provide HR generalist support to a large hourly population and business leaders. The role emphasizes talent management, employee engagement, and operational excellence through data-driven insights and strategic partnerships.

You will work onsite at an Amazon facility, lead initiatives, coach leaders, and contribute to equitable talent practices while driving a high-touch employee experience across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
• Experience creating, improving and executing engagement programs and action plans.
• Experience supporting operational environments (manufacturing, distribution, or similar).
• Ability to train, guide, and support others in the use of HR technologies and digital platforms to increase adoption.

Responsibilities

• Improve site effectiveness by identifying patterns, addressing root causes, and ensuring fair policy application with risk management.
• Use data analytics to identify trends, predict challenges, and implement proactive site-level solutions.
• Execute and monitor employee engagement strategies and recognition programs; maintain floor presence to gather insights.
