Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking an HR Business Partner to provide HR generalist support to a large population of hourly employees and business leaders. The role emphasizes talent management, employee engagement, and operational excellence, with a focus on data-driven insights and strategic partnership.

You may lead a team of entry-level HR personnel and own projects that improve the employee experience, ensuring fair, compliant policies and high-touch service in critical moments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon experience
• 2+ years of human resources experience or equivalent experiences (e.g., operations, customer service, retail, distribution, shipping/logistics, healthcare, hospitality, manufacturing).
• Experience supporting and/or leading employee-focused processes such as onboarding, benefits, investigations, training and/or talent management

Responsabilités

• Partner with business leaders to deliver HR initiatives focused on talent management, employee engagement, and internal customer service.
• Leverage data-driven insights and HR metrics to drive business impact.
• Lead a team of entry-level HR employees and own projects that enhance the employee experience.
• Coach leaders on performance feedback, team development, and complex employee relations matters.
• Drive adoption of HR technology solutions, AI, and self-service tools.
