Job summary

Prime Now LLC in Springfield, VA is seeking an HR Business Partner to provide HR generalist support to a large population of hourly employees and business leaders, focusing on talent management, employee engagement, and operational excellence.

You will partner with leaders to deliver HR initiatives, leverage data-driven insights, and may lead a team of entry-level HR professionals. The role blends strategic and hands-on responsibilities and requires working onsite at an Amazon facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years Amazon experience.
• 2+ years HR experience or equivalent experiences (e.g., operations, customer service, retail, distribution, shipping/logistics, healthcare, hospitality, manufacturing).
• Experience supporting and/or leading employee-focused processes such as onboarding, benefits, investigations, training and/or talent management

Responsibilities

• Improve site effectiveness by identifying systemic patterns and ensuring policy compliance.
• Use data analytics to identify trends and drive improvements in employee experience and business performance.
• Execute and monitor employee engagement strategies and recognition programs.
• Coach leaders on people management practices including performance feedback and development.
• Partner with leaders to ensure equitable talent practices across selection and development decisions.
• Drive adoption of HR technology solutions and AI to enhance user experience and process efficiency.
