Job summary

Amazon's North American Sort Center HR team is looking for an HR Business Partner to support hourly employees and business leaders with talent management, employee experience, and operational excellence onsite.

You will partner with leaders to drive talent initiatives, leverage data insights, and lead projects that enhance the employee experience while coaching teams through changes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent plus 2+ years Amazon experience.
• 2+ years HR experience or equivalent (operations, customer service, etc.).
• Experience supporting onboarding, benefits, investigations, training or talent management.

Responsibilities

• Improve site effectiveness by identifying patterns and enforcing policies with risk awareness.
• Use data analytics to identify trends and drive measurable improvements in employee experience.
• Execute and monitor employee engagement strategies and recognition programs.
• Coach leaders on performance feedback, development, and complex employee relations.
• Partner with leaders to ensure equitable talent practices across selection and advancement.
• Drive adoption of HR tech and AI tools to enhance user experience and efficiency.
