Job summary

Amazon AMXL HR Business Partner role partners with business leaders to deliver talent management, employee engagement, and HR operational excellence for a large hourly workforce across fulfillment and logistics.

You will drive data‑driven HR initiatives, coach leaders on performance and development, advance inclusive talent practices, and own projects that enhance the employee experience, while working onsite at a California facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years Amazon experience.
• 2+ years HR or equivalent experience (e.g., operations, customer service, retail, distribution, shipping/logistics, healthcare, hospitality, manufacturing).
• Experience supporting or leading onboarding, benefits, investigations, training, or talent management.
• Experience with HR technology and data analytics to drive insights.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to deliver HR initiatives focused on talent management, employee engagement, and internal customer service.
• Lead projects that enhance the employee experience and HR processes, using data-driven insights.
• Coach leaders on performance management, development, and complex employee relations matters.
