Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking an HR Business Partner to provide HR generalist support for hourly employees and leaders. You will deliver talent management, engagement, and operational excellence initiatives onsite at Amazon facilities.

You will coach leaders on performance, build inclusive teams, and drive HR technology adoption using data analytics to improve the employee experience and business outcomes across AMXL teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of HR experience.
• Experience supporting onboarding, benefits, investigations or talent management.
• Ability to coach leaders and influence decisions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to deliver HR initiatives focused on talent management and employee engagement.
• Lead and coach entry-level HR staff and manage projects improving employee experience.
• Use data-driven insights and HR metrics to drive business impact and process improvements.
• Support talent processes, performance management and inclusive culture initiatives.
• Drive adoption of HR technology and AI tools while maintaining high-touch service.
• Provide guidance on employee relations and complex workplace matters.
