Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to deliver tailored HR solutions on-site in Chandler, AZ. You will handle complex employee relations, ensure multi-state compliance, and guide clients with proactive HR strategies.

The role emphasizes collaboration with executive clients, development of HR tools, and thorough documentation while maintaining compliance standards. Travel to client sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field (or equivalent).
• 3–5 years of HR experience required.
• Experience with HRIS and payroll platforms preferred; PRISM/PEO experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license may be required for client site travel.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Executive- and Elite-tier HR-centric clients with emphasis on HR compliance.
• Understand client business models, workforce practices, goals, and operational drivers.
• Provide guidance across industries on employment laws and multi-state payroll regulations.
• Deliver customized HR solutions aligned with internal standards to reduce risk.
• Resolve employee relations matters and investigations with thorough documentation.
• Advise on investigations, coaching, reductions in force, leaves, and terminations.
• Develop HR tools and programs such as handbooks, job descriptions, compensation and onboarding processes.
• Escalate legal/regulatory concerns and support client retention.
• Encourage adoption of HR compliance tools and services.
