Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to employees and managers across a wide range of employee relations issues.
• Conduct thorough and impartial investigations into employee complaints, grievances, and misconduct.
• Support in reviewing and guiding termination consultations and performance management activities.
• Develop and update HR policies, procedures, and educational resources with the learning department.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
