This role emphasizes customer service, strong communication, and CMMS usage to assist the Facilities Manager and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver reliable services and meet client goals.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in facilities management or related field.
• Excellent customer service with professional interaction with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong computer proficiency and experience with work order management systems.
• Demonstrated oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and organize responsibilities to meet facility goals.
• Basic knowledge of building mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
• Proven ability to develop productive relationships with clients and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Support management, operations and maintenance for healthcare properties.
• Maintain facility documentation and conduct environment of care inspections.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure seamless operations.
• Process and track work orders and preventive maintenance in the CMMS.
• Communicate directions to vendors and facilities staff clearly and professionally.
• Assist Facilities Manager and Assistant Facilities Manager as needed.
• Develop stakeholder relationships to enhance the user experience.
