Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead site facilities operations in our healthcare-focused environments across the Seattle area. You will oversee maintenance teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver an Integrated Facilities Management service model.

This role emphasizes budget discipline, KPI tracking, staff development, and strong stakeholder communication to meet client objectives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial Facility Management, Plant Operations, Engineering, or maintenance supervision experience.
• Managerial experience with budget and personnel responsibilities.
• Regulatory compliance experience including healthcare standards.
• Proven ability to maintain regulatory compliance across complex facilities.
• Strong written and oral communication skills and report writing ability.
• Proficient with MS Office and CMMS systems.
• Ability to work in a healthcare environment with patient care sensitivity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facility operations for corporate healthcare sites and offices.
• Lead maintenance teams; ensure regulatory compliance and quality control.
• Manage budgets, track KPI/SLA performance, and vendor contracts.
• Develop IPMP-style staff performance and training plans.
• Serve as escalation point; communicate with stakeholders and ensure safety.
