Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of progressive experience as a Facility Coordinator or in a related facilities management role.
• Strong proficiency in IT tools and platforms.
• Excellent communication, organization, and independent problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment while managing individual areas of responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage defined operational areas, including work order systems and events.
• Proactively schedule and manage repairs, maintenance, and minor works from start to finish.
• Lead the coordination of complex events and meeting facilities.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend changes to the Facility Manager.
• Conduct site inspections to maintain facility standards.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure accountability of contracted deliverables.
• Assist in vendor procurement and onboarding.
• Ensure full compliance with client contract requirements and address client feedback.
• Troubleshoot operational issues with knowledge of MEP and life-safety systems.
