Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Chicago seeks a Healthcare Construction Project Manager to support complex projects from planning through closeout. You’ll collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of state-of-the-art facilities.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Construction Management or related field and 2–5 years of healthcare construction PM experience, with knowledge of HIPAA/ADA/FGI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a construction-related field is required.
• 2–5 years of construction project management experience, healthcare preferred.
• Familiarity with HIPAA, ADA and FGI guidelines.
• Experience with MS Project or Primavera is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordination and execution of healthcare construction projects.
• Support schedules, budgets and risk management plans.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to meet goals.
• Monitor progress and report metrics to senior management and clients.
• Prepare contracts, change orders and progress reports.
• Conduct site visits to assess progress, safety and quality.
• Coordinate procurement and installation of equipment and furniture.
• Contribute to best practices and lessons learned for future projects.
