Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking an HCM Business Consultant to identify and cultivate new business opportunities through networking, channel partners and self-generated opportunities. You will own the entire sales cycle, including post-sale and implementation, negotiating pricing and finalizing client service agreements.

You will maintain an accurate sales pipeline in Salesforce, develop lead-generation strategies, and consistently meet quotas.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; relevant sales experience preferred.
• At least two years of sales experience is preferred.
• Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar) is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new applications.
• Valid driver's license for regular travel to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities within designated territory.
• Maintain ownership of the sales cycle from prospecting to post-sale.
• Negotiate pricing and service scope with clients.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
• Develop lead generation strategies and use CRM to track activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client success.
• Travel domestically to meet clients, attend conferences and trainings.
