Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions in New York is seeking a driven HCM Business Consultant to identify and cultivate new business opportunities within a designated territory. You will own the full sales cycle, including prospecting, negotiating pricing and scope of service, completing paperwork, and finalizing client service agreements.

Maintain an accurate pipeline and forecast, hit monthly/quarterly/annual quotas, and travel domestically to client sites and events.

Qualifications

• Two years of sales experience preferred.
• CRM tools experience (Salesforce or similar) preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Excel, Word) required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Proactively generate new business opportunities within the designated territory.
• Continuously expand knowledge of industry trends and products.
• Conduct analysis, planning and implementation of tailored solutions for clients.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecast.
• Travel domestically for client meetings, events and training.
