Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a motivated HCM Business Consultant to identify and cultivate new business opportunities in the designated territory. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to post-sale and implementation, negotiating pricing and terms with clients.

This role requires frequent domestic travel, expert CRM skills (Salesforce) to track activities, and a drive to meet monthly and quarterly sales quotas in a dynamic, office-based setting.

Responsibilities

• Proactively generate new business opportunities within the designated territory
• Continuously expand knowledge of industry trends, products, services and broker practices
• Conduct thorough analysis, planning, and implementation of products and services tailored to meet client needs
• Stay informed about competitors' initiatives and analyze potential competitive threats
• Ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency of all services provided to assigned clients
• Schedule and conduct regular meetings with clients to address questions during implementation
• Collect and analyze data to provide strategic guidance on products, services, marketing, and sales
• Prepare concise and impactful executive summaries for client presentations
• Develop lead generation strategies and use CRM (Salesforce) to track activities
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas
• Submit accurate new business paperwork, expense reports and weekly activity reports
• Participate in monthly consulting meetings and provide training to team members
• Frequent domestic travel will be required for onsite meetings and events
• Build and promote relationships with team members and other departments
• Attend webinars and training to stay up to date on best practices
• Complete projects and other duties as assigned by supervisor
