Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a Business Consultant to identify and cultivate new business opportunities through networking, channel partners and self-generated opportunities. You will own the full sales cycle, negotiate pricing, and finalize client service terms, while maintaining an accurate pipeline and meeting sales goals.

The role involves aggressive prospecting, frequent travel, and coordination with the sales leadership team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with experience preferred.
• At least two years of sales experience preferred.
• Previous CRM experience (Salesforce or similar) preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn other applications.

Responsibilities

• Proactively generate new business opportunities within the designated territory.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast.
• Negotiate pricing and scope of service with prospective clients.
• Complete required sales paperwork and finalizes terms of client service agreements.
• Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
• Travel domestically to client sites and events as needed.
• Provide training and coaching to team members.
• Prepare concise executive summaries for client presentations.
• Develop lead generation strategies and use CRM to track activities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments.
