Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is hiring a Business Consultant to drive new opportunities and own the full sales cycle, including post-sale and implementation. You will negotiate terms, manage a sales pipeline, and travel to client sites as needed.

The role emphasizes proactive prospecting, relationship building, and delivering tailored HR technology and BPO solutions to diverse clients across our global footprint.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• At least two years of sales experience is preferred.
• Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Driver's license required for travel to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Proactively generate new business opportunities within the designated territory.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast to hit quotas.
• Negotiate pricing and scope of service with prospective clients.
• Complete required sales paperwork and client service agreements.
