Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a Business Consultant to identify and cultivate new business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to post-sale implementation. You will negotiate pricing, finalize client service agreements, and maintain an accurate pipeline, traveling as needed to client sites.

The role emphasizes aggressive prospecting, CRM usage (Salesforce), and meeting monthly/quarterly sales quotas while collaborating with the sales leadership team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• At least two years of sales experience preferred.
• Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar) preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple clients and tasks.

Responsibilities

• Proactively generate new business opportunities within the designated territory.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast.
• Negotiate pricing and scope of services with prospective clients.
• Complete new business paperwork, expense reports and weekly activity reports.
