Job summary

HCA Healthcare in Tallahassee is seeking a GME Program Administrator to support residency and fellowship training programs onsite. You will manage daily operations and coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and accreditation-related tasks.

You will collaborate with faculty and trainees, ensure compliance with ACGME requirements, maintain program documentation, and help plan curriculums, budgets, and site visits, contributing to a learning-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field.
• Minimum 3 years in a healthcare setting, preferably in GME or education.
• TAGME certification highly regarded.
• Knowledge of Residency Management Systems (MedHub or New Innovations) preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of one or more residency or fellowship programs.
• Coordinate program recruitment efforts and NRMP processes.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation requirements for residents and faculty.
• Prepare and maintain program/resident documentation.
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation processes.
• Serve as liaison to residents/fellows to ensure a positive educational experience.
• Coordinate events, curricular activities, budgeting, site visits, and program updates.
