Job summary

Menorah Medical Center, part of HCA Healthcare, is seeking a GME Program Administrator to support residency and fellowship training programs on-site. The role requires in-depth knowledge of ACGME standards, hospital policies, and strong initiative to manage programs effectively.

The administrator will handle planning, recruitment, onboarding, budgeting and accreditation site visits, collaborating with residents, faculty and stakeholders to ensure high-quality education and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in a healthcare setting (preferably GME or education).
• TAGME certification highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of one or more residency or fellowship programs.
• Coordinate recruitment efforts and NRMP process.
• Ensure program and trainee compliance with accreditation requirements.
• Prepare and maintain required program/resident documentation.
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation processes for residents/fellows.
• Serve as liaison to ensure a positive educational experience.
