Job summary

HCA Florida JFK Hospital is seeking a Program Administrator for Graduate Medical Education. You will manage daily program operations, coordinate recruitment and NRMP processes, and ensure AC GME accreditation compliance while collaborating with residents, faculty and leadership.

The role is onsite at the hospital, requiring a strong understanding of accreditation requirements and education program management to create an optimal learning environment for trainees.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; experience in graduate medical education or education advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of one or more residency or fellowship training programs.
• Coordinate and organize program recruitment efforts and the NRMP process.
• Understand accreditation requirements and assist in ensuring compliance for residents and faculty.
• Prepare and maintain all required program/resident documentation.
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation processes for residents/fellows.
• Serve as resident/fellow liaison to ensure a positive educational experience.
• Support faculty and program leadership with accreditation updates and site visits.
