Job summary

HCA Florida Sarasota Doctors Hospital seeks a GME Manager to oversee residency programs, ensure ACGME compliance, and lead program administration across campuses. You will manage resident activities, supervise program staff, and coordinate onboarding for trainees in collaboration with HR and GME leadership.

The role emphasizes budget oversight, accreditation readiness, and inter-institutional affiliations while maintaining strong relationships with GME leadership and facility leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years equivalent work experience may substitute degree requirement.
• 2+ years of HCA GME experience preferred.
• Experience with ERAS, Thalamus and New Innovations is highly desirable.
• C-TAGME certification is preferred.
