Job summary

Ascendion is seeking a Field Support Technician (PC/Printer) to service client sites in Mather, CA and Phoenix, AZ. You will perform hardware repair, install software, and support laptops, desktops, POS and printers in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple issues with a customer-focused approach.

This on-site role demands physical activity (lift up to 50 pounds), overtime when needed, and clear communication with customers and internal teams to ensure service quality and timely resolution.

Qualifications

• On-site hardware repair experience and technical aptitude.
• High School diploma or equivalent with hardware training.
• Willingness to lift up to 50 pounds and work overtime when required.

Responsibilities

• Service PC/Printer on-site at client locations (Mather, CA and Phoenix, AZ).
• Configure hardware, software and simple network components; perform repairs.
• Interact with client management and internal teams to manage expectations.
• Educate customers about technology and document service events.
• Prioritize tasks and maintain adherence to contracts and budgets.
