Job summary

GCS Recruitment Specialists is seeking a reliable PC technician to provide onsite IT support for Operations facilities. You will image, configure, deploy, and maintain laptops and desktops, and support Windows 11 and Linux environments.

The role requires troubleshooting skills, independent work, and participation in on-call rotations and site shift schedules. A CompTIA A+ certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year of hands-on IT support experience.
• Experience imaging and deploying laptops/desktops.
• Printer troubleshooting and support.
• Basic networking concepts and troubleshooting.
• Windows 11 operating systems and Linux environments.
• Experience with a ticketing system.

Responsibilities

• Image, configure, deploy, and maintain laptops and desktop systems.
• Provide technical support for Windows 11 and Linux environments.
• Troubleshoot hardware, OS, and application issues.
• Support onboarding and workstation setup activities.
• Diagnose and resolve printer issues and network-connected printers.
• Respond to tickets and on-site issues within SLA requirements.
