• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds and work in physically demanding environments.
• Onsite customer-facing experience with strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide hardware support and related services for HP PC Products, including laptops, desktops, RPOS, and workstations.
• Configure hardware, software, and simple network components on customer sites.
• Perform hardware repairs and troubleshooting for printers and other devices.
• Manage critical service events and educate customers about technology solutions.
• Collaborate with escalation personnel and assist in technical action plans to resolve issues efficiently.
