Job summary

ManpowerGroup, the parent company of Experis and other brands, is seeking an IT Field Support Technician to join its Field Services team in Seattle, WA 98109. You will provide on-site break/fix support for HP PC and printer products, configure hardware, and troubleshoot unit-level issues to restore customer operations.

The role requires strong mechanical aptitude, comfort with tools, and clear communication with customers on-site.

Qualifications

• Onsite customer-facing experience and strong interpersonal communication.
• Technical/mechanical hardware repair experience with aptitude for learning new technology.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware problems on printers and diagnose related networks when needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer-facing, on-site break/fix support for HP PC and printer products, including Laptop, Desktop, RPOS, and Workstation systems.
• Configure hardware, software, and simple network components to resolve service events and restore customer operations.
• Diagnose and repair unit-level issues using systematic technical/mechanical troubleshooting methods, with printer knowledge as a major plus.
• Manage multiple service events by prioritizing tasks quickly while meeting contractual commitments and customer expectations.
• Collaborate with escalation personnel and assist in technical action plans to remediate PC/print issues and drive complete customer satisfaction.
