Job summary

Canon U.S.A., Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician to deliver exceptional customer experiences through on-site maintenance of Canon-supported products. The role focuses on accurate reporting, efficient field service, and adherence to company policies and safety protocols.

You will travel to customer sites, lift up to 50 pounds, and complete required security clearances. Competitive hourly compensation is offered with benefits and growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of internet environments and completion of the PDIF new-hire class.
• Ability to travel with a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Must obtain security clearances required by customers entering client sites.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and be active more than 50 percent of the time.

Responsibilities

• Report product failure trends and serviceability issues with necessary documentation.
• Provide efficient, responsive, and accurate Field/Shop/on-site maintenance to meet customer demands.
• Maintain all technical information, Field Service Reports, Expense Reports, and Canon property.
• Demonstrate strong customer communication and satisfaction skills.
• Maintain the performance of assigned machines.
• Contribute to branch/district targets by sustaining performance.
