• Report product failure trends with documentation.
• Provide on-site maintenance and responsive service.
• Maintain Field Service Reports, expense reports, and company property.
• Demonstrate strong customer communication and satisfaction.
• Maintain performance of assigned machines.
• Support branch/district metric targets.
