Job summary

Canon U.S.A., Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician to deliver exceptional service and maintain Canon-supported products across customer sites. You will report trends, perform on-site maintenance, and ensure accurate documentation and equipment upkeep.

The role requires travel, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift 50 pounds. A 120-day intro period and PDIF training are included.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic understanding of internet environments and completion of 120-day intro period and PDIF new-hire class.

Responsibilities

• Report product failure trends and serviceability issues with documentation.
• Provide efficient, responsive field/shop/on-site maintenance to meet customer demands.
• Maintain Field Service Reports, Expense Reports, and Canon property.
• Demonstrate strong customer communication and satisfaction skills.
• Maintain performance of assigned machines.
• Help achieve branch/district metrics.
