NTT DATA is seeking a Field Office Deskside Technician to deliver onsite IT services across mission and site support, handling MACD tasks, proactive monitoring and break/fix work at field offices. The role also staffs a Tech Bar to provide immediate troubleshooting and improve end-user satisfaction.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree with extensive deskside support experience and the ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.

Formación

• Bachelors degree; 1.5 years of additional experience can substitute for 1 year of a typical degree program.
• Minimum 10 years experience performing deskside technical support roles
• Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance
