NTT DATA North America seeks a Deskside Support Technician to join our on-site team in Alpharetta, Georgia. You will deliver hands-on technical assistance at a client site, resolve issues, and ensure smooth operation of desktops, laptops, and peripherals.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, ticketing via ServiceNow, and collaboration with IT staff. Candidates should have 4+ years in end-user/desk-side support, be able to lift up to 50 lbs, and be available for shift/weekend coverage.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of end user and desktop support experience.
• Proficient with Windows operating system and basic network concepts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day operation of software and hardware by diagnosing and resolving issues.
• Provide deskside support to end users and transfer knowledge on common problems.
• Perform moves, installations, and MAC-related tasks as needed.
• Offer Level II support with timely resolution or escalation as required.
• Use ServiceNow to track tickets and ensure SLA compliance.
