Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Senior Desktop Support Technician to join our Milwaukee, Wisconsin team. The role provides on-site IT services, MACD support, proactive monitoring, and break/fix services to keep end-user devices productive.

You'll staff a Tech Bar and deliver high-quality customer service in mission-critical environments. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree, a minimum of 10 years of deskside support experience, and ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 1.5 years of additional experience can substitute for one year of a typical degree program
• Minimum 10 years experience performing deskside technical support roles or responsibilities
• Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance
