Job summary

NTT DATA seeks a Senior Desktop Support Technician to join our Indianapolis, IN team. This role provides on-site MACD support, proactive monitoring, and break/fix services to maintain end-user device operations across field offices.

You will staff a Tech Bar and deliver reliable IT support in mission-critical environments. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of deskside support experience, with the ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; 1.5 years of additional experience can substitute for one year of a typical degree program.
• Minimum 10 years experience performing deskside technical support roles or responsibilities
• Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance
