NTT DATA seeks a Senior Desktop Support Technician to provide on-site IT services in Milwaukee, WI. The role covers deskside MACD support, proactive monitoring, and break/fix services to keep end-user devices operating at mission-critical sites.

The position includes staffing a Tech Bar for immediate troubleshooting, strong emphasis on troubleshooting, asset management, and customer service, and requires the ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required; 1.5 years can substitute for 1 year of degree program
• Minimum 10 years of deskside technical support experience
• Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance
