Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated seeks an Assistant Facilities Manager to oversee daily building operations at our Indianapolis and Charlotte sites. You will manage the work order system, coordinate vendors, and serve as the primary contact for employees and guests, ensuring a smooth and welcoming workplace.

You will inspect facilities, manage assets, support events, and collaborate with the facilities team to uphold safety, reliability, and exceptional service standards.

Qualifikationen

• 2-4 years in facilities operations, building or property management, or customer service with facilities exposure.
• Strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience with CMMS or work order systems such as Corrigo is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a service mindset.

Aufgaben

• Manage the Corrigo work order system from intake to closure and generate reports.
• Serve as onsite ambassador, greeting employees and guests professionally.
• Conduct regular building inspections and ensure spaces are well-maintained.
• Coordinate vendors, contractors and technicians to minimize disruption.
• Develop inspection checklists and audit tools to support maintenance programs.
• Support events, visitor management, security badges, and concierge services.
• Track assets, spare parts and equipment documentation with operations team.
