Job summary

JLL is seeking an Assistant Facilities Manager for our Indianapolis facility, focusing on seamless building operations and exceptional service. You will manage service requests, coordinate vendors, and act as the primary contact for employees and guests, collaborating with the Director of Facilities to uphold operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in facilities operations, building management, property management, or customer service/hospitality roles with facilities exposure.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience with Corrigo CMMS or other work order management systems.
• Superior customer service skills with professional interaction across all levels.
• Strong organizational abilities with multitasking and time management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with collaborative mindset.
• Physical ability to lift 20 lbs and traverse stairs.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Corrigo work order system end-to-end, tracking and closing requests.
• Serve as onsite service ambassador, greeting employees and guests professionally.
• Conduct regular building inspections and floor walks to ensure spaces meet standards.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and technicians to minimize disruptions.
• Develop inspection forms, checklists, and audit tools for maintenance programs.
• Support events, visitor management, and concierge services for executives.
• Track asset information and spare parts, supporting maintenance optimization.
