Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Facilities Manager in Charlotte, NC to serve as the single point of contact for facilities management, supporting the General Manager and delivering quality services to the client. The role coordinates tenant needs, manages budgets, and leads a team to achieve service levels and cost efficiencies.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) with 5+ years of experience in facilities management, strong leadership, and proficiency in CMMS

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Facilities Management with management/technical emphasis.
• 5+ years industry experience required either in a corporate environment, third party service provider, or as consultant.
• Strong leadership and management skills with ability to manage both technical and administrative staff.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in implementing short and long-term goals and projects for the client.
• Develop and implement innovative programs, processes and procedures that reduce operating costs and increase productivity.
• Manage work assignments for building technicians, vendors, and contractors while ensuring compliance with client and JLL policies.
• Lead facilities staff to deliver expected service levels to the client within the prescribed budget.
• Oversee development and management of capital and expense budgets by interfacing closely with client representatives.
• Complete monthly/quarterly/annual reporting requirements accurately and on time following client's record keeping policies.
• Recommend capital improvements and prepare operating budget reports, monthly forecasts, and variance reports
