Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Wilmington, NC seeks an Assistant Facilities Manager to lead maintenance operations, contract coordination, and CMMS administration. You will influence service quality and drive cost-effective improvements while supporting client satisfaction.

The role requires hands-on facilities experience, strong reporting skills in Excel, and effective liaison with vendors to ensure minimal disruption to client operations. This is a full-time, on-site position in Wilmington.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of facilities management experience with CMMS/Work Order exposure.
• Strong MS Office skills with an emphasis on Excel for reporting and data analysis.
• Basic knowledge of building mechanical and electrical systems to coordinate maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and assign maintenance activities using standard practices for your area.
• Review daily work orders, follow up with customers, technicians, and vendors for timely service.
• Monitor KPI and SLA, identify opportunities to improve service delivery and reduce costs.
• Manage third-party contractors and vendors, directing usage of Corrigo and coordinating in client environments.
• Maintain/configure the Corrigo CMMS to meet internal and client objectives.
