Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 3–5 years in hospitality, tourism, events operations, property management, or related field
• 2 years in leading a team

Responsibilities

• Liaise and collaborate with customer contacts
• Recruit, train, coach, and hold teams accountable
• Supervise daily processes to completion
• Ensure reception, hospitality and mail services are delivered within SLAs
• Provide back-up coverage for all services
• Manage team time, travel and overtime
• Respond promptly to inquiries
• Develop processes across the account
• Own projects end to end
• Conduct audits to meet quality expectations
• Monitor facility related work orders
