Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Nashville, TN is seeking an Assistant Facilities Manager to support daily operations and maintenance for a client facility. You will coordinate maintenance planning, vendor management, and client support, ensuring a safe and efficient workplace.

You will drive operational excellence by managing work orders, preventive maintenance, and events while maintaining service quality and strong client relationships. Some travel and flexibility may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Property Management, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of related facilities, property management, or building operations experience preferred.
• Experience using CMMS platforms for work order management; Corrigo experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the Facility Management team with operational planning, maintenance coordination, and execution of facility-related initiatives.
• Manage and track work orders through the CMMS platform, ensuring timely completion and adherence to established KPI metrics.
• Develop and maintain preventive maintenance schedules and one-month look-ahead planning for facility maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure quality work with minimal disruption to client operations.
