Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in facilities operations, building management, property management or customer service roles with facilities exposure.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting and manipulation.
• Experience with CMMS or work order systems; Corrigo preferred.
• Superior customer service skills with professional interactions at all levels.
• Strong organizational abilities and ability to multitask independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Physical ability to lift 20 lbs and walk multi-floor environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Corrigo work order system end-to-end: intake, assignment, tracking, closure, and reporting.
• Serve as onsite service ambassador, greeting employees and guests and addressing needs with urgency.
• Conduct regular building inspections and floor walks to ensure spaces are well-maintained.
• Coordinate vendors, contractors, and technicians to minimize disruption.
• Develop inspection forms, checklists, and audit tools for preventive maintenance.
• Support events, visitor management, security badge prep, and concierge services.
• Track asset information, spare parts inventory, and equipment documentation with operations team.
