Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking an Assistant Facilities Manager in Indianapolis to oversee daily building operations, manage the Corrigo work order system, and serve as the frontline contact for employees, vendors, and guests. You will support preventive maintenance and coordinate with the facilities team to deliver exceptional client experiences.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in facilities operations, building management, or related roles.
• Strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience with CMMS/work order systems (Corrigo preferred).
• Excellent customer service and ability to interact with all organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Corrigo work order system end-to-end ( intake, assignment, tracking, closure ).
• Serve as onsite service ambassador, greet employees and guests and address requests.
• Conduct regular building inspections and floor walks to ensure spaces are maintained.
• Coordinate with vendors/contractors to schedule maintenance with minimal disruption.
• Develop inspection forms and audit tools for preventive maintenance initiatives.
• Support events, visitor management, security badge prep, and concierge services.
• Track asset information, spare parts, and equipment documentation with ops team.
