Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to be onsite with a technology client on a large campus environment (~1 million sq ft) in Mountain View, CA. The role provides a visible on-site presence, ensuring a welcoming, organized, and efficient workplace for employees and visitors.

You will work with a team of Facilities Coordinators and Managers, handling walkthroughs, work orders, PO generation, and vendor interactions, while supporting invoices and reporting formats.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 2 years of job-related experience.
• Ability to walk throughout a large campus environment for extended periods of time.
• Some exposure to finance-related tasks; purchase orders and invoices preferred.
• Self-sufficient, proactive in seeking clarification when needed.
• Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; CMMS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site walkthroughs to identify and address site issues.
• Monitor status of open work orders for timely completion and closure.
• Dispatch work orders to technicians and vendors.
• Generate purchase orders in designated software.
• Assist with processing vendor invoices.
• Coordinate with landlords, tenants and service providers on procedures and reporting formats.
• Respond to client inquiries regarding the site and concerns.
• Review work orders, proposals and vendor paperwork.
