This on-site role reports to the Senior Facilities Manager and involves coordinating day-to-day facility operations, vendor interactions, and delivering top-tier service to the client.

You will greet visitors, manage work orders, and ensure safety and cleanliness standards. Strong customer service, organization, and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 2 years of job-related experience.
• Experience in facilities or client-facing roles is preferred.
• Demonstrated customer service abilities and problem-solving mindset.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Able to follow established routines and respond professionally.

Responsibilities

• Provide front desk coverage and answer/redirect calls.
• Greet visitors and ensure a professional, welcoming experience.
• Monitor open work orders and assist in their timely closure.
• Coordinate with landlords, tenants and service providers on procedures.
• Perform light maintenance tasks to support daily operations.
• Address client inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Review vendor paperwork and conduct site walkthroughs.
• Follow defined procedures and respond to routine issues.
