Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Sr. Facilities Analyst to support a premier telecommunications client in Sunnyvale, CA. You will oversee day-to-day operations, maintenance coordination, and vendor relationships for a 140,000-square-foot facility.

You will lead site inspections, ensure regulatory compliance, and contribute to service excellence by delivering timely, accurate work orders and budget management in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• Commercial property management and lease provision experience preferred.
• Experience using a CMMS to manage work orders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate facility repairs and maintenance with vendors and contractors to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Conduct regular site walks to proactively identify and address facility issues.
• Perform routine inspections to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, while recommending improvements and upgrades.
• Manage vendor relationships and oversee invoicing procedures to maintain service quality and cost control.
• Create and manage purchase orders and support budget planning and ongoing budget management.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for front-line client requests, providing timely and effective support.
• Create, monitor, and manage work orders through to completion, ensuring timely resolution.
