Job summary

Unison Risk Advisors is seeking a Senior Executive Support Analyst to deliver high-touch technology support for senior leaders and their Assistants. This onsite role ensures meetings run smoothly by coordinating videoconferencing, AV, and collaboration tools, and by anticipating needs.

The role partners with Technology teams across US/Canada, emphasizing rapid incident coordination and continuous improvement of executive tech experiences.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of technology support experience, including executive support.
• Experience with executive meeting technology and videoconferencing.
• Strong communication, discretion, judgment, and service orientation.
• Ability to work onsite four to five days per week and flex around executive schedules.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for senior leaders and executive assistants on technology needs.
• Coordinate technology readiness for executive meetings, board meetings, and events.
• Monitor incidents and coordinate resolution with Technology teams, providing timely updates.
• Identify recurring issues and propose improvements to executive support standards and event readiness.
