Transamerica is seeking an Executive VIP Support specialist to deliver personalized, white-glove technology services to the Leadership Team and executives. This role requires on-site in-office presence in New York City to support board meetings, executive sessions, and business events, with occasional off-site events.

You will diagnose and resolve complex tech issues across Windows/Mac, devices, and Microsoft 365, while maintaining confidentiality and collaborating with global teams to ensure

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Five+ years delivering technology services in a large corporate environment.
• Directly supported senior executives, board members, or high-profile users.
• Knowledge of identity and access management, MFA, endpoint security, encryption, and MDM.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for nontechnical audiences.
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and coordination skills without direct reporting authority.
• Experience with global teams and customer satisfaction focus.

Responsabilités

• Provide responsive executive technology support to leadership, board, and staff.
• Serve as primary contact for executive technology issues; manage escalations through resolution.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, connectivity, mobile devices, and collaboration issues.
• Support Windows and Mac computers, smartphones, tablets, printers, and Microsoft 365 apps.
• Configure and troubleshoot MFA, secure remote access, wireless, and MDM tools.
• Coordinate onboarding, deployments, upgrades, and tech prep for travel.
• Anticipate executive tech needs and address issues proactively.
• Provide on-site support for board meetings and executive events.
