Job summary

Beeline Medicines is seeking an on-site IT Support Analyst to provide daily desk‑side and end‑user support for office staff and executives. The role includes assisting with conference room systems, live events, and executive technology readiness.

You will troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and M365 issues, while collaborating with senior staff to support high‑visibility meetings and events. This is a full‑time onsite position requiring strong customer service and technical fundamentals.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT or related field, or equivalent industry experience.
3 years of hands-on IT support, including desktop and end-user troubleshooting.
Experience with Microsoft 365 apps and basic administration; exposure to Entra ID and Intune preferred.
Exposure to conference room systems or live event/AV support is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide first- and select second-level IT support for office-based employees.
Assist with executive technology setup and pre-meeting tech checks.
Support AV setup for board meetings, analyst events, and town halls.
Maintain conference room tech, Teams Rooms, displays, cameras, and wireless devices.
Image and deploy laptops/desktops; manage inventory and loans.
Support account provisioning, password resets, MFA, and access requests.
